Tradgedy Strikes

I am really coming along on my arm warmers/sleeves. I haven't been working on them too much because I was starting to get pretty frustrated there for a while. But I have overcome my frustration and figured out what the hell I'm doing and have been knitting strong for at least the past week. The pattern is beautiful!

After 12 years of crocheting and 5 years of knitting, I have just now experienced my first ever broken knitting needle. I realize this occurrence is somewhat common and it happens to everyone at some point in time. I am a little bit sad that it has finally happened to me, but fortunately it was a cheap needle and I wasn't very attached to it.
Still sad though...
